We had the privilege of having Cheryl Torres as our realtor. In the past, we have always just gone through an attorney and tried our best to stay away from using real estate agents. We pretty much knew the community we wanted to live in and had friends in the community so getting in wasn’t a big deal. However, everyone in the community that had their house for sale was already going through an agent. One day I called Michael Saunders and asked to speak to an agent. Cheryl Torres called us and what a breath of fresh air. If we had to go with an agent, I wanted her to be it. Such positive energy and explained everything to us. Cheryl did a video walk through of two houses for us after we left town, and was honest in the house she liked best (and it was the least expensive one). After coming back to see it in person, we agreed and made an offer. The deal was closed, but Cheryl continued to help us with the walk through and the inspection, which she attended on our behalf. After the closing day, signing papers etc. she continued to help us get hooked up with getting the water and power turned on, and even went with me to do it. After all was done she continues to keep in touch with us, which we find so refreshing. Cheryl is the way realtors should be!
