When we arrived at the Michael Saunders office Friday morning we were greeted with a warm smile and a fabulous attitude when we met Cheryl. I’m an organized person but Cheryl put me to shame. She had sent Kathy a link Thursday evening after 9:00 pm giving her an itinerary of where we were heading on Friday and what we would be seeing that day. Friday we left in Cheryl’s car and knowing we had a long day ahead, she had packed a cooler with water and power bars. Who does that? As the day unfolded, Cheryl was understanding more of what Kathy’s needs and wants were and adjusted our schedule to fit Kathy’s needs. It was amazing to watch as Cheryl would continue to check in with Kathy and move her toward homes and properties that were more suited to Kathy. On Saturday, Kathy had chosen one particular area of interest and I watched as Cheryl made adjustments to our schedule to accommodate Kathy. By the end of the day Saturday, there was a decision on the property Kathy was most interested in and she was armed with the information and a plan to return with her husband Steve to view the property in a few weeks. I have worked with good realtors in the past. Please know that Cheryl is far superior to anyone I have ever worked with. Cheryl knows the market, the areas, the business. Cheryl has the unique ability to know and understand her clients in a short period of time. This allows her to find the right property that is the best fit.
